Last year we invited children in Year 6 to design their own Christmas light, with the winning design being made into a real light that went on display in the village.
This year we have extended the competition out to all classes. Designs were judged by the PTFA with winning entries from each class going forward with a chance to become the overall winner and their design shown ‘in lights’ over Christmas.
The children had great fun drawing and colouring their designs with some very interesting and thoughtful entries being made. I am delighted to share with you the winning designs from each class which have made it into the final stage of the competition.
The overall winner will be announced shortly.
